1. Enrollment & Fees

Enrollment in any of our training modules (Manual, Automation, API, Playwright, etc.) is subject to availability and payment of the course fees as set out in our fee structure at the time of registration.

All fees paid to PRP Global Services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing or mandated by statutory law.

2. Use of Course Materials

All course content, recordings, presentations, scripts, repository blueprints, and testing guides provided during your training are the intellectual property of PRP Global Services.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal education. Any distribution, copying, resale, or commercial use of our training content is strictly prohibited.

3. Placement Assistance Policy

Our 95% placement support program is designed to help you prepare for and find job opportunities. PRP Global Services makes every effort to coordinate interviews with our hiring partners.

However, placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment. Securing a job remains dependent on your individual performance during hiring rounds, completion of training projects, and recruiter selection parameters.

4. Conduct & Discipline

Learners are expected to maintain professional behavior, attend live lectures regularly, submit coding assignments on schedule, and treat mentors and fellow students with respect.

PRP Global Services reserves the right to terminate enrollment of any student who engages in plagiarism, harassment, or disruptions during classroom sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

PRP Global Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our training materials or website services.
